East Midlands

The East Midlands Hubs Mobility Advice Service offers free, bespoke advice and support to older or disabled individuals who are no longer able to, or do not want to, drive. Our aim is to provide a better understanding of public transport and alternative travel options available.

Advice is available via a face-to-face meeting, by telephone, or a video call.

We can support people in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire with the following information:

• Accessible buses, coaches and taxis
• Community transport
• Easy access to rail and air travel
• Your rights as a disabled passenger
• Journey planning
• Information about local ShopMobility centres

The service is part of Derby DrivAbility accredited by the national charity Driving Mobility and supported by the Department for Transport.
